Registration for Camp Sisol requires the completion of several forms.

- 2010 Camps Registration form – complete 2 sides
- Camper information and parent’s consent – complete 3 pages. Sign bottom of page 2.
- Doctor form – must be signed by parent and doctor
- Prescription form – complete if camper will be taking any prescription medication while at camp. Doctor signature required.
- Swim form – tell us about the camper’s swim background
- Bus schedule – indicate your bus stop selection
We must receive all completed forms BEFORE your child can attend camp.
2010 Tuition Rates:

| Chalutzim (7th, 8th, 9th) | $800 per 2 weeks | $900 per 2 weeks |
| Counselors in Training (10th) | $1200 per month | $1400 per month |
| Before Camp Care | $10 per day | $12 per day |
| After Camp Care | $10 per day | $12 per day |
| Hobby Camp (week 9) | $225 | $275 |
A $20/week deposit is required upon registration.
